Apple Cider Cinnamon Tea Pitcher Mocktail

Apple Cider Cinnamon Tea Pitcher Mocktail

Meet my new favorite recipe for autumn Friday nights and every holiday from Halloween until the New Year. Use sparkling apple cider to make this bubbly.

You can also use champagne or sparkling rose. The spicy cinnamon sugar rim is delicious with the notes of chiles, lime, salt, and sugar. It’s so good that you might want to try it on your other seasonal drinks.

Let me know if you try it!

Apple Cider Cinnamon Tea Pitcher Mocktail:

Serves 4

Mocktail Ingredients:

4 Tadin Cinnamon Apple Tea bags

1/2 cup boiling water

1 1/2 cups apple cider

1 bottle sparkling apple cider

1 Tbsp. agave

2-3 dashes of orange bitters, garnish

2 clementines sliced, garnish

6 cinnamon sticks

Spicy Cinnamon Sugar Rim

1 Tbsp. coarse sparkling sugar

1 tsp. Tadin Chilín Con Limón

1/2 tsp. Tadin ground organic cinnamon

1/16 tsp. flaky sea salt

Instructions Apple Cider Cinnamon Tea Pitcher Mocktail:

  1. Add the tea bags and boiling water to a tea pot or heatproof jar. Let the tea brew for three to five minutes and discard the tea bags. Allow tea to cool to room temperature or store in the fridge overnight.

  2. Mix the Spicy Cinnamon Sugar Rim ingredients together in a small bowl and pour onto a small plate. On one side of a glass, use a pastry brush to add a swipe of the agave. Coat the Spicy Cinnamon Sugar by carefully rolling the glass on the sticky side. Repeat for each serving.

  3. Add the ice, the cooled brewed tea, apple cider, and the sparkling apple cider to a pitcher and stir. Pour into the rimmed glasses and garnish each glass with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters, clementine slices, and a cinnamon stick.
