What's Your Highest Priority, Right Now? My Interview with The Myth of Motherhood
Do you feel like you are doing ALL the things and being pulled in 100 different directions? Ask yourself, “what is my highest priority?” I learned this from my coach and friend Meg Burton Tudman. I was on my friend Alissa Alter’s podcast, The Myth of Motherhood and we chatted about this idea of asking yourself “what’s your highest priority,” throughout the day.
It’s a simple question but it’s easy to get distracted! Alissa had a great idea of how to remind yourself, put a sticky note where you need the reminder to ask yourself the question. After re-listening to the episode I now have reminders on my bathroom mirror, fridge and computer.
In the interview with Alissa, I also talk about my 5/5 Method: Rest, Deep Nourishment, Movement, Mindfulness, and Water and why I created it (hint health meltdown of 2019). See below for some practical tips on how to start with the 5/5 Method and apply it to your life.

Feliz Latinè Heritage Month! It’s celebrated September 15th through October 15th. I am a proud Latinè, my father is from Chile. I am excited to share my heritage through a paid partnership with Pinterest this month. One of the deepest ways I’ve connected with my Latinè heritage is by drinking ceremonial cacao daily. It’s a plant medicine that has been drunk for thousands of years by the Olmecs, the Mayans, the Toltecs, the Aztecs, the Incas, and other cultures. It’s known as a heart opener and it’s cracked mine wide open to opportunities and the potential of my life.
