Recipe: Extra Green Moringa Cleanse Smoothie

Looking to add an immune boost to your morning smoothie? Moringa is known for having antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Frozen riced cauliflower and avocado will give you all the creaminess and extra fiber with no added sugar. This recipe also works with a banana. Serve over ice if you like your smoothie extra cold.

Extra Green Moringa Cleanse Smoothie

Ingredients:

Serves: 1-2

2 cups plant-based milk of choice

1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1/2 avocado 

1 Tadin Moringa Cleanse tea bag

1 scoop collagen powder (optional)

1 Tbsp. chia seeds



Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on low for one minute and then high for an additional minute.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  1. This recipe also works with a banana. Serve over ice if you like your smoothie extra cold.
