About Jessica

Jessica is a visual artist and professional organizer with an MFA from Parsons the New School for Design in New York City. She is the author of two art monographs and a collection of poetry. Her photographic work has been exhibited internationally and is part of the permanent collection at the Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art in New York City. Her film work has been both televised and screened at film festivals internationally. Jessica’s writing has also been featured in publications such as New York Magazine and Forbes.

She has brought her unique aesthetic vision to her 1-on-1 work with celebrity clients and partnered with Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands, including Ann Taylor, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Art Basel. As an ambassador for Transcendental Meditation and the David Lynch Foundation, Jessica has participated in curated panels, discussions and events exploring the connections between minimalism, consciousness and creativity.

In 2017, Jessica founded SjD Consulting as a way to bridge her artistic and personal organizing practices to her educational and activist tendencies. After becoming a certified KonMariTM consultant and applying a mix of spiritual cleansing practices and minimalist principles to her own home, Jessica now empowers people to enrich and enhance their lives and homes with beauty, passion, and simplicity.
