Vanessa Bowen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) and the Founder of Mint Worthy, a personal finance coaching platform that helps women shift their relationship with money and take control of their finances.
Our conversation starts with money + your relationship with money. She explains what it means to be a Holistic Money Coach. “It’s about how you think, speak, and relate to money, not just how you manage it.”
Vanessa talks about what it means to Show Up Fully which includes being “your true authentic self” and ditching the expectations of other people, including financial goals. “You are placed on this earth to fulfill a purpose and you don’t need to be like anyone else.”
Vanessa talks about leading from a place of service. “I just give just to give, no longer with … the expectation. Just give for the sake of giving. It doesn’t matter if something comes back in return, no reward, just give just to give. When you operate from that heart space, you vibrate at a different frequency.”
