Recipe: Extra Green Moringa Cleanse Smoothie
Looking to add an immune boost to your morning smoothie? Moringa is known for having antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Frozen riced cauliflower and avocado will give you all the creaminess and extra fiber with no added sugar. This recipe also works with a banana. Serve over ice if you like your smoothie extra cold.

Ingredients:
Serves: 1-2
2 cups plant-based milk of choice
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 avocado
1 Tadin Moringa Cleanse tea bag
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on low for one minute and then high for an additional minute.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

I celebrated 12 years of being of sober at the beginning of May. It’s not something I share often, but this is the deeper why to my mocktails and the reason that I create them.
