Weekday Apple Cider Digestive Health Mocktail
I celebrated 12 years of being of sober at the beginning of May. It’s not something I share often, but this is the deeper why to my mocktails and the reason that I create them. Sobriety gives me the clarity to tune into myself in order to create. If you are part of my community on Instagram, you know that I make fancy mocktails.
However, what I drink regularly is a simple mocktail made with apple cider vinegar, a dropper full of Belly Love Tonic from Anima Mundi, a dash of orange bitters, and I top it with seltzer. It’s delicious + adds digestive support from the Belly Love Tonic. If you like the tartness of apple cider vinegar, you will love this!

PS: Don’t have Belly Love or orange bitters? I like it with apple cider vinegar and seltzer only too!

Do you feel like you are doing ALL the things and being pulled in 100 different directions? Ask yourself, “what is my highest priority?” I learned this from my coach and friend Meg Burton Tudman. I was on my friend Alissa Alter’s podcast, “The Myth of Motherhood,” and we chatted about this idea of asking yourself “what’s your highest priority,” throughout the day.
