Move Over Mulled Wine, Make Hot Sangria

This is a perfect chilly weather drink and works well for entertaining. The fruit has a delicious jam-like quality and can be served for dessert. Wines that pair well are merlot, grenache, or zinfandel. For a buzz-free version, use cranberry or pomegranate juice. This recipe can be cut in half or doubled, and I’m including slow cooker directions below. This recipe was originally featured on Tadin Tea.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe & Mug Mindfulness Practice

This is an unconventional way to infuse tea, but it works! Simply pour the hot chocolate mixture over the tea bags into a mug and use a milk frother to add foam to the hot chocolate mixture. If you don’t have one, a blender will also work, but be mindful of the hot milk and be careful not to burn yourself. Easy Tahini Date Caramel Cup Freezer Treats

Making chocolates is a meditative process for me. The tahini date caramel can be eaten on its own and stored in a jar in the fridge if you aren't up for melting the chocolate or making the cups. These are best as freezer treats, as the coconut oil will melt. They have a beautiful chocolate snap with a creamy center. This recipe originally appeared on justBobbi.com.
