There is a lot of shame associated with this like I should meditate I should. Take deep breaths I should do Xy and Z Practice insert it journaling whatever you find that mindfulness practice could be for you like I should and you could be spiritual. It could be I should pray I should. Um, recite that mantra I should x y and z what I'd like you to do is to imagine balling that up right now in your hands and let's toss that away. Let's get rid of that energy of I should do anything and I said this.
